How is 2009 Going?

How is 2009 going for you?

We’re now 10 weeks into the year, that means 20% of 2009 has passed us by already!

Are you on course with your goals for this year?

If you wanted to lose some weight this year have you shifted 20% of that figure already?

If you wanted to take more time off this year have you booked a summer holiday or at least a long weekend away?

How about your exercise routine? Are you on course with that?

This is usually the time of the year that people start to become disillusioned with the gym as they are not achieving the results that they expected.

The main reason for this is because they have no plan to follow.

There is no structure to what they are doing

No clear direction to what they are expecting

No comparison on what they did last time

The general approach is to jump on a treadmill or cross trainer and plod away for half an hour while they weight just falls off.

This type of training is so tedious and boring and the results really don’t match the effort required and so inevitably people quit.

DON’T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

Plan what you are going to do in the gym before you turn up there

If you’re unsure get some advice

Hire a trainer check out: http://aayou.co.uk/contactus.aspx

Achieve something with each workout. Aim to do 1 more repetition, lift 1 more kilogram or row a faster time than your previous workout.

Results will come a lot sooner when you plan rather than leave things to chance.

National Wear Your Swimsuit to Work Day?

If tomorrow were Wear Your Swimsuit to Work Day, would you...

a) Be totally fine
b) Stop eating immediately and head for the gym
c) Die of fright and shame and call in sick?
Quite a powerful question isn’t it?

If you're answered with the letter a, then fantastic, I take my hat off to your lean self!

But if you're starting to panic as summer approaches then read on…

That layer of fat you've spent all winter building up now has to come out and be seen by the world as we ditch the baggy jumpers and don our vests, shorts and beach wear.

Don't panic too much though, our next bootcamps starts this Saturday.

In the next 6 weeks would you like to;

*Lose half a stone in ugly belly fat?
*Lose your love handles?
*Get fitter than ever, in only 2 sessions a week?
* Change your eating habits for good?
*Lose your cravings for fatty/sugary foods?

We have been running bootcamps in Highgate for a year now and our next one starts this week and we can GUARANTEE all of the above.

In fact, you have nothing at all to lose, there is no risk- if you do everything you're advised and don’t achieve the results you deserve, then we'll refund you-100%

If you want all of the above RESULTS and more then email me back with the subject "count me in!"

All the details can be found at http://aayou.co.uk/bootcamp.aspx

PS don't hang around 'thinking about it' as places on our bootcamps are limited. Unless that is you want to waste another six weeks doing things that just don't work.

Don’t believe me?
Here’s one of our satisfied clients from the last bootcamp

“I normally train at the Gym which can be quite "solitary". I do about 45 minutes, and don’t really push myself. So, after about five years of this I had not seen much change physically. The fun thing about Bootcamp, is that it is a team effort, and the ethos of not using words like "I cant" or " I would not be able.." is a boon!

Getting fitter was the aim - not weight loss in my case, but I was surprised by just keeping an eye on my diet, and drinking lots of water, I lost two and a half kilos. Also, having struggled with five press ups at the first session, by week six I was up to fifty! It was like having a personal trainer for twelve hours, so it is also excellent value.” John Conroy - Actor 58
